Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Cohyva, including the club directory, recommendations, saved clubs, profiles, club onboarding forms, joining flows, rewards, avatars, and related pages. Cohyva is run by Cohyva s.r.o..

Cohyva helps students in Groningen discover clubs, understand why a club may fit them, save clubs, express interest in events, join club communities where available, and build a lightweight student profile. Cohyva is a discovery and engagement platform. It is not a payment processor, ticketing platform, emergency service, or official representative of every club listed.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure and for using accurate information when you create a profile, join a club, or submit club details. Do not impersonate another person, club, or organization.

Clubs or representatives may submit information for review. Submitting a questionnaire does not automatically create a public club page or guarantee listing on Cohyva. Cohyva may review, edit, reject, or request clarification before any club-facing information becomes public.

Public profiles are optional. Private activity, including saved clubs, RSVPs, check-ins, attendance-like actions, recommendation preferences, coin or nectar ledgers, avatar ownership, and joined club history, stays private by default unless Cohyva gives you a clear control to make specific information public.

Cohyva recommendations are based on real club data and your stated preferences, but they are suggestions, not guarantees. Club details, events, prices, membership requirements, and availability can change. Always check a club page, official club channels, or the club itself before relying on time-sensitive details.

Saving a club, RSVPing, marking interest, or joining through Cohyva helps organize your experience on the platform. It may not replace a club's own membership, attendance, payment, or admission process unless that club clearly says so.

Cohyva may include cosmetic coins, rewards, avatar items, progress, and club levels. These are lightweight engagement features with no cash value. Cohyva may adjust, remove, or rebalance them to keep the product fair, useful, and grounded in real club activity.

You agree not to use Cohyva to:

• harass, threaten, or target other people;
• submit false, misleading, spammy, or unlawful information;
• scrape, overload, or interfere with the service;
• upload or link to content you do not have permission to use;
• try to access private data, admin tools, or another account.

You keep ownership of content you provide. By submitting club information, text, links, logos, or images, you confirm that you have permission to share them and allow Cohyva to use approved content to operate and present the platform.

Cohyva may change features, fix or remove inaccurate content, limit access, suspend misuse, or take the service offline for maintenance. We try to keep the platform useful and available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service.
